re-Assigned Paperwork:

As a new employee, there are several forms you will be asked to complete. This information will be used by For-loop Infotech to process your pay and to comply with EEOC regulations. Your For-loop Infotech representative will tell you which forms you will need to complete.

Safety Concerns:
For-loop Infotech makes every effort to ensure that our client companies provide safe and healthy working environments. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the safety rules of the client company to which you have been assigned. Should you have any safety concerns or question, please contact your For-loop Infotech representative.

Assignment Details and Completion :
While on assignment, you are actually a For-loop Infotech employee. For-loop Infotech is responsible for paying you and for processing all your tax contributions, rather than the client company at which you are working.

Contact your For-loop Infotech representative when your assignment ends. Your representative then work with you to place you on another assignment.

Address Change Notification :
Please notify us when your address changes. Your notification must be in writing. This can be done by e-mail or fax.
